This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled by Royal Shopping.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the Return Policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your:

- Registered Email ID
- Contact Number
2. Cancellation by Royal Shopping
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations including:
- Product out of stock
- Payment failure
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued through the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation may be confirmed through customer verification.
